Privacy, plainly stated.
This is a general working notice for the current static website. It records what can be confirmed from this build and identifies details that still need owner, provider or legal confirmation before any public data collection is enabled.
What this site does now
The site is delivered as static pages. A hosting or content-delivery service necessarily receives requests for pages and assets, but the exact provider, technical log fields and retention period are deployment details that are not stated here until they are confirmed.
Information you choose to send
The contact form remains disabled when no supported public form action is configured. If it is enabled later, the provider, recipient, fields, spam controls, purpose, retention and deletion process must be documented before collection begins. The direct email link opens your mail provider; this site does not make a promise about that provider’s handling or retention.
Please do not include confidential, commercially sensitive or other unnecessary personal information in an initial enquiry.
Browser-only prototypes
The assistant and scripted workflow demonstrations are illustrative prototypes. Their conversation and demo state run in your browser; the site code does not send or store those interactions, and demo transcripts are not placed in URLs. Your browser still requests the website assets needed to display them.
Fonts, logs and optional services
The current build requests DM Sans and DM Mono from Google Fonts, so a browser may contact that service to load the typefaces. No analytics or advertising scripts are included in the site source. Hosting, security, form or email providers may process technical records outside the site itself; the actual providers and retention periods must be confirmed for the release environment.
Formal details still to be confirmed
The legal entity, registered address, dedicated privacy contact, governing jurisdiction, retention schedule and process for formal access or deletion requests have not been supplied for this site. They are intentionally not invented here. The owner and an appropriate legal adviser must review and replace or complete this page before enabling public enquiry collection or treating the site as a production release.
For ordinary website questions, the published contact route is info@ennovv8.com. That address is not described here as a dedicated legal or data-protection contact.
Changes
This notice will need updating when the hosting, form, email, analytics or chat arrangements change. The current page is informational and is not a certification or a promise of legal compliance.
